Guaidó decrees State of National Alarm and asks not to send more oil to Cuba.

The president in charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, fulfilling his constitutional powers, sent this Monday to the National Assembly the request to be declared a state of alarm throughout the national territory due to the national blackout that still remains in several regions and before the situation in which is one of the largest dams in the country, El Guri.

This decree will be debated during the emergency session called for this Monday at noon, after almost 100 hours of national blackout.

In addition, Guaidó shared the document in his official account on the Twitter social network.
